The Brazoswood Bucs JV team faced the Clear Falls Knights Thursday night at home. It was a tight game all 4 quarters. Quarterback Braxton Welch threw the ball and ran the ball well all game long, scoring a rushing touchdown on the first Offensive series. Welch connected with Wide Receiver Austin Crainer for 2 deep touchdowns. Running Back Jesus Ramriez had a great game running the ball with big holes made by the Offensive Line. Ramriez rushed for a 45 yard touchdown late in the 4th quarter to help put the Bucs ahead. Defensively, Defensive Tackle Noe Maldonado had another great game, tackling the Knights in the backfield several times. Linebacker Nick Closs flew around the field making play after play. The Bucs finished with a victory by the final score of 28-26.



Next week the Bucs JV will travel to Dickinson to face the Gators on Wednesday Night.
